This Jiffy Lube is the by far the best one I've ever been to ! My boyfriend was having trouble with his bank but they remained patient with us until we could call his bank and figure it out . They were super helpful and fast with our oil change . I wish I got their names but I'm so thankful for the workers ...very very professional

I've been to the Allisonville Rd. location several times for oil changes. They are always super friendly and fast. Today I went in for a battery change. I think Amanda was the name of my mechanic. She was awesome! She was really knowledgeable and went above and beyond to figure out an unusual issue I had with my battery. She got me back on the road quickly and at a great price. Thanks!!

I travel for work and this is the BEST Jiffy Lube I have ever used. They are quick, knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to explain choices and answer questions. Later, when I came in for top-off services they offered the same care even though it was a free service. They are super friendly and cheerful. The BEST Jiffy Lube!
Nothing but great things to say about this location. They can always fit you in and they're very compassionate. They don't try to nickel and dime you like the dealerships do. I normally always go to jiffy lube, but I've never been to this location before. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! They have the best staff here! Extremely knowledgeable, cares about their customers, and really exudes a company that is a fine oiled machine (pun intended)! My rear brakes went out, other things went wrong, but they worked with me, they were transparent, and I could not have better things to say. It's Sunday. I crashed in here with an odd thing needing to be taken care of: a single tire swap between an old rim and a new one. Look I get it. There's a worker shortage and screw the man. But nobody, and I mean NOBODY, will even answer the phone or can bother to be open during published business hours. I'm about over it.
