I was extremely impressed with the customer service and personal attention given to me on my visit to this location. Adam, Bobby, and Mike went above and beyond to help me figure out why my car was leaking oil and even cleaned all of the oil off of the engine after the issue was fixed. Turned out I had a cracked cap to my oil filter!! They even replaced my cap for free and had one there in store so that I didn't even need to take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend this store. They went above and beyond for me!!

I've been going to the Avon store for the past 2 years and every time I've had a great experience! The employees are friendly and work fast. But my favorite is when Brittany is there. She is very nice and easy makes the wait time fly by!

I never thought I would say jiffy lube made my day, but that is exactly what happened. I'm a fairly broke high school student who always has work or an extra-curricular after school. One day like two weeks ago my oil light turned on and I thought, "Oh great, there goes $40." So when I had my first free day in nearly a month, I figured I should get my problem solved and I found an online coupon for $8 off an oil change at jiffy lube, so I went after school. We are new to the area so I searched for oil change locations. Adam at Jiffy Lube was incredibly nice and professional. He explained everything that he was doing and went over things I might want to get done down the road, but didn't try to pressure me into buying things I didn't need. They took care of my car fast and got me on my way. It's the only place I'll go from now on!

My wife was kind enough to take my car for an oil change one day while I was at work, and I was amazed at the service she received from this Jiffy Lube. When she pulled in, they opened the door for her and offered to help her out of her car. They actually asked what sort of service she needed rather than assuming and then escorted her into a waiting room and got her a cup of coffee while they looked at the car.
