Came in for a oil change and was greeted so warmly by everyone. They kept me updated through out the process, showed me my filter without pressure, and checked me out so quick. They even reset the notification on my car. Overall great experience :)

Staff here is great! They tended to my Mercedes with no problems! So glad I can take my foreign car nearby for oil change and even at a great price! Will be back!!

The team of 4 team who helped me cut lunch short to run out and service my vehicle for oil change and check up. They were hard workers who knew what they were doing and were efficient in knocking out my service checklist and oil change. The entire work list was done in minutes including complimentary vacuuming of the interior
I called around to several places but Jiffy Lube-Avon was the only place that were able to get me in before the weekend. Adam answered the phone and was a delight to speak with. Excellent service. I came later in the day, freezing temps, snow and slush everywhere; Adam (the GM) and his crew of his wife, oldest son, and brother in law, were welcoming, kind, and in good spirits. They were efficient and quick. Adam is chatty in a genuine and pleasant way. After a not-so-great experience at the 38th St location, this Jiffy Lube has earned my future business.
