They are so easy to schedule with and drop off.
I complained about an issue with a squeak when I push the break and they said they would take it for a test drive after but apparently that didn't happen and the guy that was checking me out. Said he'd be happy to take me with him and do it now, but I j but of course I was told it would be taking care of, and that didn't happen. The gentleman that took me around was super nice and helpful.
The staff was friendly and helpful in answering all my questions and the wait was minimal.
Everyone was friendly, they gave me updates on my vehicle while I waited.

We had a part ordered they were supposed to call us when it came in. I asked about it when I got there to have service. They would look. They didn't look until I was in car to leave. Part was there but I have to take by off work another day and travel over an hour again to get put on since they didn't call or look when I got there
