The service department went above and beyond to get my vehicle back going and my family and I back on the road. We broke down far away from home and this was our closest dealership. Cali specifically went above and beyond to help us. She is a true asset to this company. Along with the service manager and the technician who didn't have to work on a Saturday to fix our vehicle but they did. And Cali met us early on a Sunday morning to get us back into our vehicle.
My Palisade was in for regular maintenance. Emily greeted me at my car. She was so kind and patient with me, answering all my questions and taking care of my needs. What a wonderful first impression, of this Hyundai Dealership, each of us receives when Emily is there to greet and welcome us. I also want to add a great review about Derek Emmons. Check in tech was great. Oil change was done very quickly. Had requested repair of info center issue. Lead mechanic advised he could not duplicate the problem without outside temperature being below 32 degrees even though I had 4 different photos showing problem. I did appreciate the check in tech going ahead and booking an appointment for 7 months from this service and the frustration at the situation that showed. Hopefully the outside temperature will be below 32 degrees in December, if not I assume I will be back again.
