I had a confirmed appointment scheduled with them and they never showed up that day. They reschedule the next day for 8 am and still did not show. Since the second day was a Saturday there was no way of contacting anyone. I tried cell phones as well and had no response from anyone. Avoid this place at all costs. Go with DC Painters - same price, same size crew, and will actually perform the job and they are VERY responsive!
Had a confirmed painting estimate appointment between 2pm-3:30pm. Called them at 3:00pm, as I was getting concerned that they may not show up. The operator said the appointment was for 3pm and the painter was on his way. I have an email from them confirming the appointment was for 2pm-3:30pm. Decided to wait some more and called again at 4pm. Operator said he would call the painter to check on his status and that he would give me a call back to give me an estimated time of arrival.
