We had a terrific experience with CertaPro for a job painting the exterior of our DC row house. They were friendly and responsive at all stages of the project, from the initial consult to the final painting. Sam and Omar were great at answering all of my questions along the way. Really great paint job. They showed up wearing masks and covered the entire apt with plastic wrap, kept a small place for their things. They did an exceptional job on the entire place, walls, windows, doors, closets. Really nice people too. The cost was reasonable, pay for what you get. It was important for me to have a nice looking condo prior to moving in and Certa Pro really made me happy. CertaPro painters did an interior repair and paint job for my dining room and a full exterior paint job for my home. I will start with the customer service from the beginning to the end of the job was well done. I was given a favorable estimate on pricing and kept fully aware of all the staging of this process. CertaPro Painters repainted the entire interior of my boss's home. They were responsive, hardworking, and charged a reasonable price. I especially like working with Kevin, the main painter. He has a pleasant demeanor and when a ceiling light went out expectantly when he was there, he quickly offered to help change it. Kevin also was patient during the walk through, making sure that the work was to her liking and touching up spots we pointed out. Sam and his crew, led by Kevin, are really top notch. They do a very good job and leave the painting site clean. My only complaint is scheduling. We were scheduled for Friday and very late Wednesday evening were told the job had to move to Saturday. I had organized things around the paint job, so this was disappointing. Otherwise, I will totally continue to use Sam. This is the third job they have successfully done for us.

I had a really good consultation and immediately scheduled my appointment. I prepared my house for painting (which is not easy) the day before and the morning of. The day the work was to be completed I received an email 30 minutes before the appointment saying they could not come. I called them and they say maybe they could come later or the following day. I went with certapro because my designer recommended them. Unfortunately I was not satisfied. The crew left early first day we had booked, but said they would be able to finish the painting the second day. It was obvious the second day that they were rushed. Before I even did the walkthrough I noticed countless errors and asked the supervisor if they were fixed. He said he would fix them as part of the walkthrough process.
