I would not recommend this company to anyone, I have already advised several of my friends and neighbors and have invited them over to see the final product. Oct 2019, CertaPro painters come out to provide an estimate to paint exterior of my house. Belinda came out and advised that the entire house didn't necessary need to be painted but there were some areas of concern that based on her experience would cause an issue with an HOA. I hired CertaPro Painters of Summerlin to paint most of the rooms in my home. They worked quickly, but the single coat of paint they applied was inadequate. I found countless areas in each room where the old wall colors were still visible or had not been concealed at all. Baseboards, door frames, windows, electrical outlets, and light fixtures were not properly masked; many were inadvertently painted, including wires inside electrical outlets. For now its 2 star, they are sloppy and careless! I have paint splashed on faucets and walls. Im not happy. And we painted over yellow walls with a gray paint, what a mistake, they barely covered the yellow, it's barely painted, so now the gray doesn't look gray, its awful yellowish gray! Its like they try to skimp on paint. Its not right. We also asked for them to patch the holes in the wall where toilet paper holders were. It seriously looks like a 2nd grader did it. We hired CertaPro to paint our entire brand new home, including the garage, pantry, etc... We paid them more than $4,000 for this job. We delayed moving into our new home to have this all done. We made it clear that the 3 day job needed to be complete because my husband and I work from home and we also have 2 large dogs and we cannot accommodate painters while living in our home. HORRIBLE! Colors weren't what I expect only because they would not paint color samples on the wall but handed my a piece of cardboard for the color sample. Paint was found in my kitchen sink (cleaning brushes), living room rug and bathroom floor. Yes, the had a dropped cloth but never straighten it out to use properly....just dragged it from room to room. Painters arrived late and left early. They had to return several times to clean up their mistakes on the walls. This was my first and my last time I call this company!
