I meant to write a review last year when CertaPro painted my whole inside, including doors. They did a beautiful job and I am 100% satisfied. CertaPro was pricier than my other two estimates, but I believe in the saying, you get what you pay for. I discovered a bubble in my living room up by the ceiling and thought my roof was leaking.........I called CertaPro back out to take a look at it and it has been exactly almost one year ago that they did the original paint job. I have never experienced such professionalism as with Christopher and Tory. Not only were they always on time, they were clean and definite perfectionists. Their work was hands down the BEST I have EVER experienced with painters. They were always conscious that a family still needed to function while their work went on and went out of their way to make our daily life as easy as possible. Painters did a sloppy job and cut corners to paint my condo fast (see pics). They broke my AC unit by blocking the filter with paint and never notifed me. One of the owners, Belinda, had an attitude and lied saying she was tring to get a hold of me. They had my cell and email and never contacted me until they threated to charge me a late fee ($500) if the payment wasnt paid the next day... Poor service and untrustwothy. Ok, I have dealt with many of contractors in my 89 yrs. Marylou was nice at first , then she need to have the contract E- signed and that started a 7 week process of trying to get it back to her.WELL, the problems begin. Never offending the contract be sent by mail untill I asked if that was possible?? Ok, then she finally said she received.. Well. I would not use this company if you are looking for a professional job. The sales person came out and gave me an estimate. She was very nice. When I started asking questions about the experience of the companies painters, she told me that most had at least 1 years experience. One year of experience does not translate into a competent trade professional. They never cleaned the overspray. May need to buy a new ladder to do it myself. I won't use suggestions from the HOA anymore after this.

I can't say how disappointed I am that I chose this company... which is a national company and should provide peace of mind that the job would be done right... But, no... because I got the results that I did! I was OK that the "two day" job turned into four! (missing 2days of work wasn't expensive at all!) But, it happens... and as long as it was done right and I got what I paid for... it is what it is... but the lack of quality to the details, mind you THAT I PAID FOR, were completely ignored and I now have to give up more... read more
