Scott and Stacey were exceptional to work with during our painting renovations. Very professional!
At first glance when the job was complete it looked good. After about a month or so afterwards numerous areas of concern started showing up. I. E., improperly scraped areas started peeling, some paint on shake shingles began falling off and some wrought around a window was just painted over without advising me it needed repair! On the good side the workers were pleasant and cleaned up well. Calls to the company went unanswered.
At first, the work was excellent! But, as the day went on, the work went downhill. They left paint on the floor and cabinets and they never left until late at night.
Work quality from previous job was less than desirable. Had our deck treated and stained. They never treated it; only applied one coat of stain! Within 2 months the stain was already coming off (deck wood was showing through). They kept saying they did do the work properly, but in reviewing our security tapes, we found they indeed did not. When they did a walk through in the home for a possible paint job, the rep was looking at pictures on our fridge and at "things" in our house. The workers took our extension ladder to work with. They ended up painting windows shut. Had to come back in the spring to fix that. At one point, a worker was painting our porch the wrong color. When I noticed it, it was almost finished. I did have them correct that. I keep getting mail from them asking me to hire them again. No way!
Very hard to contact and get any response. I waited for almost 4 months for the job to start from signing of contract. The painters they sent did NOt know what they were doing, made a paint/ plaster disaster of the whole house! They used our ladders, shop vac, drop cloths. After a week, ( contract stated 3-4 days) the house had nothing finished, sanding dust all over everything, making it unlivable, the painters just quit!
