Took a while to start the job. Had to connect several times before a start time could be estimated. Other than those issues, once they started, workers were efficient and skilled.

I was very pleased with the job done by Certapro Painters. Initially, they were hired for some touch-ups, but the painters indicated that it wouldn't produce the desired look so they painted the kitchen ceiling for the same cost. My only complaint was that we had agreed on 8AM, but the painters did not get to our house until around 9:30AM. We did receive a call at 8 that they would be about 40 minutes late, but that time was almost doubled. Otherwise, the quality was good and I would definitely recommend them.
Andy was professional, courteous, and neat. Everything was covered and cleaned up after. I have wall to wall carpeting, and there is no paint spilt on it even on the stairs. Color consult helped to make the right choice for us. We are very pleased with the results.
Professional, clean, prompt, courteous. My house looks brand new. Great job by Crew Chief Carlos and others. I also got 2 free samples of Sherwin Williams paint to help me decide on the color and one free hour with a decorator to develop an overall look for the exterior of my house. I will use CertaPro again and recommend them to friends.
Crew was efficient, friendly, showed up on time each day and was very neat.
