They painted the exterior of our house. but there was a problem on the door, bubbles came out. after a couple of weeks of wait, a repair painter repaint the door, but it made it worse, again I have to file a complaint to fix it as soon as possible. see attached photos. Aside from this incompetence, the company will take long for them to repair and you need to do time off and schedule is not available all the time. Please read this review thoroughly to save you problems in the future. I will do more reviews to other site.

While the estimate was fair, their "salesman" Chris Stillwell is abrasive and shouldn't be anywhere in customer service. He just cost you a job.

Bait and switch. I hired them to paint my house they sent out people who were sub contractors and their personal cars leaked oil all over the street in front of my house. Terrible customer service. They never cleaned up after them selves. I address this with lee staten who was the production manager. He made a thousand excuses for these workers. What a joke. Don't use them if your want professionals who communicate. They don't know how.

we hired Certapro to paint the inside of our house. Had issues w getting paint samples. The crew was horrible. They painted around light and electrical outlet plates instead of taking them off ( I had to tell them to do this). As a result when they finally removed the plates they were covered in paint Which I had to clean off. Called to get an estimate and set up sn appointment. Got a call from Terry 20 minutes before my scheduled time saying something came up, we need to reschedule. Waste of my time! I will not be using them. I can imagine how the job would go. Very disappointing. Was referred by another customer in the Cave Creek store, but obviously this one isn't ran the same.

We hired them for popcorn ceiling removal & retexturing. Their pricing was very fair, & they were professional & courteous. Terry, the franchise owner, kept us well-informed regarding scheduling, & the crew showed up on time every time. They were the only company that included caulking around the edges of the ceiling to avoid gaps after the popcorn was off & the ceiling retextured. Everything looks amazing, & the crew left the jobsite very tidy. I would highly recommend this franchise.

Terry is great! He gave me a more than competitive quote, and the work was done earlier than I expected by a wonderful team of guys. Super clean, on-time, and the paint looks great. I will definitely call this company for any more painting required. Just FYI: Terry says he isn't a huge fan of tech, so there is no emailing of invoices or paying online. I believe we had to actually mail a check. Minor detail that didn't affect our experience at all. Thanks, Terry!

I called around and got several estimates for painting my 10 year old home. Got several over $3000, some under $2000, Terry at CertaPro came in the middle. He invited me to go buy a few other houses he was painting in my neighborhood. The quality looked great and the neighbors had nothing but great things to say about the work done.
