Started by being very responsive. Aubrie showed up on time and helped me with selections. I got a few quotes and some of the people were more competent than others. Aubrie knew what she was doing, punctual, and helpful. Some quotes were way too low and some way to high and CertaPro seemed to be in the spot I was looking for. I met with Chris who was very nice and explained everything to me. I dealt with Rachel for scheduling. Samuel was the person who painted the outside of my house. Everyone was very professional. Samuel did an excellent job. He cleaned up everything and left no mess. I used them in the past for commercial work and was very satisfied. The residential side is just as fantastic.

We just had our home painted up in the Vistancia area and could not have been more pleased with the final results.From the beginning to final cleanup,the crew was meticulous in their approach and workmanship throughout the job. I own a two story stucco home in Surprise AZ. I'm DIY on most things but considering the size of the job decided against it. I'm glad I did Terry Doyale the owner personally came out and oversaw the project start to finish. This guy knows how to run a business the old fashioned way by being personally involved. My experience using CertaPro to paint my home. I met with Chris initially and he sold me a bill of goods. He promised me everything that a homeowner wants to hear. Alas, that's not what was delivered... First project was outside. I specifically instructed the painter to be very careful not to get paint in the garden area (think using your kitchen as a dumpster). Poor customer service. Signed up for a virtual consultation, but never received any link or contact as how to connect with the individual. I received an email asking for specifics of the project and photos which i sent over. Supposedly was going to get an estimate quickly. It was one room so it shouldn't have been that challenging to calculate. Never heard back. Not how you do business, and not how you provide customer service. Will never contact again.

It's been a few years but I keep getting post cards and brochures from them with coupons, I would never hire this business to do anything on my house again. Not sure what my husband was thinking but it was the highest quote we got, you don't always get what you pay for. We got watered down thin paint sprayed on our house. We have a BBQ counter and a bench, the stucco on it got painted(barely) the paint started peeling on it a few days later when I was watering plants and got water on it. It was a very thin coat. cannot paint properly an exterior door. They have tried a couple of times to repair, but still bubbles. And now they blaming me the door is old and needs to be replaced. They do not look for solutions but excuses. If you do not want stress and more expenses, avoid this painting contractor. they are unprofessional and incompetent. see their attached work as a proof. notice the diffrent bublles because they are repeatedly repaired and still cannot fix them. Now I have to do it myself at my own expense.

My HOA hired this company to repaint the buildings in our community. I emailed the company twice with some simple questions about the project but got no response. Additionally, one of the employees was impolite to my partner while she was trying to leave our unit to get to work. Finally, the workers were quite messy and left our front patio a mess. This does not seem to be a company that values customer service.
