We just had our home painted up in the Vistancia area and could not have been more pleased with the final results.From the beginning to final cleanup,the crew was meticulous in their approach and workmanship throughout the job. I own a two story stucco home in Surprise AZ. I'm DIY on most things but considering the size of the job decided against it. I'm glad I did Terry Doyale the owner personally came out and oversaw the project start to finish. This guy knows how to run a business the old fashioned way by being personally involved. cannot paint properly an exterior door. They have tried a couple of times to repair, but still bubbles. And now they blaming me the door is old and needs to be replaced. They do not look for solutions but excuses. If you do not want stress and more expenses, avoid this painting contractor. they are unprofessional and incompetent. see their attached work as a proof. notice the diffrent bublles because they are repeatedly repaired and still cannot fix them. Now I have to do it myself at my own expense.

My HOA hired this company to repaint the buildings in our community. I emailed the company twice with some simple questions about the project but got no response. Additionally, one of the employees was impolite to my partner while she was trying to leave our unit to get to work. Finally, the workers were quite messy and left our front patio a mess. This does not seem to be a company that values customer service.
They painted the exterior of our house. but there was a problem on the door, bubbles came out. after a couple of weeks of wait, a repair painter repaint the door, but it made it worse, again I have to file a complaint to fix it as soon as possible. see attached photos. Aside from this incompetence, the company will take long for them to repair and you need to do time off and schedule is not available all the time. Please read this review thoroughly to save you problems in the future. I will do more reviews to other site.

While the estimate was fair, their "salesman" Chris Stillwell is abrasive and shouldn't be anywhere in customer service. He just cost you a job.

Bait and switch. I hired them to paint my house they sent out people who were sub contractors and their personal cars leaked oil all over the street in front of my house. Terrible customer service. They never cleaned up after them selves. I address this with lee staten who was the production manager. He made a thousand excuses for these workers. What a joke. Don't use them if your want professionals who communicate. They don't know how.

we hired Certapro to paint the inside of our house. Had issues w getting paint samples. The crew was horrible. They painted around light and electrical outlet plates instead of taking them off ( I had to tell them to do this). As a result when they finally removed the plates they were covered in paint Which I had to clean off. The patch job they did on several small holes was horrible- you could see the repair through the paint. Called to get an estimate and set up sn appointment. Got a call from Terry 20 minutes before my scheduled time saying something came up, we need to reschedule. Waste of my time! I will not be using them. I can imagine how the job would go. Very disappointing. Was referred by another customer in the Cave Creek store, but obviously this one isn't ran the same.
