We were looking to have someone paint the inside of a new kitchen entry door which was installed early this year. I chose Certapro because their reviews online were positive. We had to wait a while to get the job scheduled but it was worth the wait. Arturo and Michael were so meticulous. We were amazed. Much better than any painters we used in the past
I call Certapro Painters of Palatine for all painting needs. They are precise, quick, on time and do a great job.
We hired CertaPro Painters to paint out the exterior of our house as well as our garage. Although I thought initially that they were a little overpriced, it was well worth it. Would not recommend, EVER. Got pricing, signed contract and they said oh we thought iy was a 1 bedroom. Wanted another $1000.00. After they had seen the unit. BAIT AND SWITCH.
I've never left such a dissatisfied review but I would hate to see anyone else hire this company without understanding the grief I have been through. Stay away from this contractor. They are unprofessional and unethical. I had a very large painting job that they quoted (both interior and exterior). They accepted the order and scheduled to start five weeks later. We have now used CertaPro for 3 projects- 2 large interior jobs and 1 full exterior. The quality and attention to detail has been excellent every time- we will continue to hire them for painting jobs in the future.
I worked for this terrible company. You are a moron if you consider paying CertaPro Painters a penny. I heard numerous complaints from each and every customer they set me up with and felt bad for all of them. They are run by incompetent people. Do not waste your time. You will regret it. ZERO STARS
I was very disappointed with the workers. They spent more time watching the World Cup on the phone than painting. They used very small plastic covers on my floors. I had to clean up so many spots of paint especially on the first floor wood floors. They removed the canvas cover from my wood floors in living and kept their supplies there. When they left I had small scratches in the area. The clean up was bad. The worst job was the wall cabinet. It was suppose to have 2 coats of the oil based Zinsser. We are extremely disappointed with our whole experience. We requested carpentry work, but the first contractor apparently quit without giving us an estimate and the second one never even showed up after we waited here all day for him. We should have walked away at that point. The color consultant assured me that the color I was leaning towards was not too dark and would look cheery. Wrong. I accept responsibility for that.
