Never hire a company to do work for you where there is a salesman sent beforehand to get the sale and then workers show up later to do the work. Never works out well. Several of the workers showed up insanely late, if at all. The job took 3 times longer than promised and the quality of the work was far from great. The company did knock off half the bill to compensate, but this was still a horrible experience. Let the buyer beware!

Save your time, unreliable! Typical salesman Kirt shows up to promise you the world. ..followed by unprofessional work crews. Place a call to Kirt, he couldn't have cared less and was dismissive. Pass on this company.

Kirt Storch, franchise owner, came to my home and gave me an estimate to paint the exterior of my North Raleigh home; it was all down hill from there. He would Not answer my emails or return my phone calls and I was willing, prior to his unbusinesslike approach, to possibly go with his company to do the painting job! Glad I saw the true Kirt prior to signing any paperwork. Quality work certainly endears me to a company, but excellent customer service can make me a customer for life. I recently received a call from Kirt, the owner of CertaPro Raleigh, who recently learned of the difficulties I had with the initial painting job they performed on my house. Great experience from start to finish!! Knowledgeable estimator. Noticed issues with my home and they brought it to my attention in order to better protect my home from decay. The painters cleaned up everyday the were on site and were very polite and took our family needs and activity into consideration. Overall very pleased with their service at all stages. Would defiantly recommend them to anyone!!

I have used Certa Pro inside and out. Barbie Dorsey-the sales rep is very professional, not pushy, helpful and kind. Sheri in the office-let's you know what's going to happen, what to do and very helpful. The projects were done in the committed time, completely and beautifully. I have had the best of the best for my house inside and out and look for fabulous! What a plus a warranty-never had to use it though! The best!!

I had Certapro painters to paint the entire interior of my home. Sheri Storch came out to assist with the colors.They arrived on time and completed the job within 1.5 days. Unfortunately I am dissatisfied with the paint job. There was paint all over the crown molding in every room. They did not scuff and sand all walls as stated. We've got an estimate for a painting job and decided to go ahead. We left a message for the scheduling manager but he never got back to us. We called the estimator person, he was on vacation. Glad we decided to go with someone else. Poor customer service!
