I am unable to properly rate CertaPro as to the quality of their work or the value for money as they have not completed the work on my project. I can state that they have very poor customer service and horrid customer communications. It has take several weeks to receive a response to repeated calls and emails to them. They started work on pressure washing and staining my deck and four (4) weeks later have not returned to stain the deck. We selected CertaPro of Loudoun based on the professionalism of the estimator. However when the crew and manager arrived the first day they were very unorganized and we had to go over everything, color, sheen, etc., with them again. We were doing 13 rooms so it was important that they completely finish one set of rooms so we could use it and swing space for the next day, however, they did not completely finish those room before moving on.
