The painters were excellent. The financing plan was different and really a differentiator. Once the job was started communication with certa-pro was terrible. The sub-contractors they hired to paint were excellent, clean and communicated very well. They took part of our crew off, including the supervisor and did not tell us, we had to find out from the contractors. In the end the result was a beautifully painted home.
The price was right; the workers did a fine job. My only complaint was that the work was a little sloppy -- they spilled paint on my carpet, on the granite, on the cabinets, and the baseboards. It was a little annoying that I had to point out every area that needed to be fixed, but they took care of it all. They even sent in a professional carpet cleaner to take care of the paint spills. Very good response time.
Job was completed on time at budget and as promised. Paint crew was great to work with and keep me well informed along the way.
The painter was on time, and the job was completed on time. Other than a couple of small paint splashes that I didn't discover until it was too late, the job looks fine. Luckily the paint is a light color (I might have noticed a darker color sooner, anyway).
Did a great job at a very competitive price. Had to come out for one fix and they did so quickly. We just hired them for an exterior painting job.
CertaPro did a fine job repairing and painting two bathrooms.
They scheduled about 2 weeks out. Kept in good contact. Pleasant to deal with. Painters showed up early, worked on Sat., were courteous and polite. Removed shoes upon entering the house, etc. Did good work. No complaints.
CertaPro was excellent and I am so pleased with the final results of my paint job. They worked around my schedule and were done in half the estimated time. The team was great - professional, prompt. I got a fair rate and it was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend them to others and will use them in the future for any other painting projects.
Not only were they professional but they stayed on track with dates and completion. The fact that the house was powerwashed before painting is a big plus which is included in the price. I have recommended this company to others who are getting ready to paint both the inside and out of their homes. I intend to have them return to paint inside our home. Great price for a job done to perfection!
