The painter TJ did great work for the first 3 days. However On the last day, he found out there was a miscommunication between the Franchise owner and him on the contract price. So on the last day, he did not fix the deficiencies and did minimal corrective work just so as to collect the payment check.
Mike was very accomadating and easy to work with. We paid nothing until the project was completely finished to our satisfaction. We were pleased with the crew - they were also easy to work with and responded well to whatever we asked them to do. We will highly recommend CertaProPainters to anyone who is considering having their home painted.

They did an excellent job. I chose them over others because they have two men on the job and can get it done quicker and more safely. Cleaned up every night when they were through, overall, good work.
Mike showed up when he said he would, and he gave me a quick bid. They came out within a week and completed the job in 5 hours. They did a great job of cleaning up and I had no complaints about the price. Will use Mike again in the future for any wall texturing/painting needs.
When contracting with CertaPro, I specifically requested that the popcorn ceiling be rolled instead of sprayed. Howerver, when the crew arrived, they advised that they only sprayed popcorn ceilings. The first spray coat did not provide the cover we wanted or anticipated. However, the crew foreman returned and re-sprayed, and the finished job satisfied us. They are very customer service oriented and were willing to do the job to satisfy our painting requirements.
Quality workmanship, I'm very pleased with the project. I would prefer that they accepted payment by credit card.
Certapro painters provided service and communication that far exceeded my expectations. They are efficient, do a good job at a fair price. I told them what we needed and they did the rest. I will obtain a bid from that company for my next project.
Wonderful group of people - did everything they said they would do, quickly, on budget, and with a very friendly staff. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.
