Only reason I had to rate the quality is that my carpet cleaner came early and the CertaPro guys left in rather a hurry. Noticed a couple of very minor things that they'd probably have fixed if I hadn't had to run them out of the house! But they were very professional and extremely nice.

was very pleased with our CertaPro experience. We had our entire exterior repainted, as well as problem boards/siding replaced. We had a complete color and color scheme change. Ramiro and his team were very professional. We had a few concerns during the job but we were able to work them out. I think this is the most important thing, because they wonderfully received our feedback and worked with us to address the issues. Once the job was completed we had a final walk through. 5 stars for the work they did, but overall 4.5 rating because we got a fairly new sales rep whose quote wasn't as accurate as it should have been. Our house looks great, and it only took them 2 days even though we had a lot of rotten wood to replace! My neighbors chose a cheaper company and have had workers gradually doing their exterior for a week now with no end in sight. You get what you pay for!
