Our paint is already chipping off and it isn't even 2 months old. We are finding many areas that have paint drips, areas that are rough because they were not prepped correctly, the tops of the window trim were not painted, holes in doors were not filled, caulking was not done correctly. We are extremely disappointed that we paid so much and it already looks bad.

They were very messy. I had paint on light fixtures, my couch, tile floors,towel bars. They didn't remove any outlet plates or tape around them. I had to throw away a lamp globe due to paint I couldn't remove. I complained to the management and they had them come back and clean the things I had noticed. Unfortunately I hadn't noticed all of it and had to clean several things myself. I expected a more professional job.
