Excellent communication,quality and Proffesional people and workmanship,cleaned up afterwards.We have 2 seperate independant retirement home buildings here at Park Place fountain city,and all the crews were friendly and helpful to our residents and staff.I would highly recommend!

My house looks new and is smiling!! My family members are amazed when they come over at the difference, Certpro kept me informed on everything that was need and why & how it needed to be repaired. My screened-in-porch siding on all 3 sides was rotten and water damaged, it looks new again! Neighbors love the new look. Certpro is a great company and they will be painting the inside of my house next.
Best experience Ive had with a business in all of Knoxville. They are very professional, clean and neat in both working and in appearance, they were on time each morning. They were extremely careful about protecting my furniture and things, and they cleaned up after the job better than I ever had. We received a detailed bid that included all the work to be done, and each task was completed in a careful manner. The crew kept a tidy workplace and seemed invested in doing an excellent job for us. CertaPro uses a site supervisor for each job who oversees and follows up with the crew to be sure each detail is perfect. This is the first time we have used a major service, but we will definitely continue to use CertaPro for our future work. It was an excellent experience, from start to finish.
We ae very pleased with the work from CertaPor Painters. First carpenters came and made repairs on our home. Then they power washed the entire house. Finally they painted. All was done very well, cleanup was thorough, and they finished two days ahead of schedule!
Fair price, Job well done on date scheduled. Clean-up as well done as repairs. Everyone courteous and friendly. Always use CertaPro for repairs and painting of painted areas of house, both indoors and outdoors.
Arrived on time and the workers did a nice job for us. Supervisor kept checking with me to make sure I was happy with the work in progress. I will hire again.
