They were very patient with us as we had to reschedule several times do to supply chain delays on our end. The painters were very professional and did a terrific job. I will hire them again.

I have used CertaPro three times. Their estimator, Jim Mazrimas, is on time, provides insights as to what needs to be done and has never over estimated my costs. The management team does followups and the work in progress and at the completion. I highly recomend their srrvice
Their cost was reasonable and equal to other painters I received estimates from. They were on time and finished when they said they would. Minor errors were corrected immediately. I appreciated all the communication before they started and all the follow up after the job, I would definitely hire them for other jobs in the future.
I hired CertaPro for 3 separate properties that I have owned. 2 interiors and an exterior job. On each occasion the customer service was flawless, and the paint crews were quick clean and courteous, and the end result was an excellent paint job! I would highly recommend CertaPro Painters of East Tennesse and will be hiring them in the future for any of my painting needs!
They did a fantastic job on our decks, lots of compliments from the neighborhood. Customer Service was outstanding, I will definitely hire Certa Pro again in the future.
