Everyone on the phone I dealt with was great and from there on it was a horrible experience. The estimator (Stephen) came out and seemed annoyed and was not very friendly. He said he couldn't give me the estimate then but I would have it within a week. A week went by so I followed up with him. He then said I would have it that night and once again he dropped the ball. I ended up finding another company to do the work and couldn't be happier.
