Roof replacement, deck, ceiling repair/painting. Liberty Remodeling was professional, courteous and responsive to our questions. We had a great experience with them and were happy with the outcome.
This provider was amazing. Their job was to match a kitchen island with a color of new cabinets we . They tented kitchen actually lined the of the island cabinet so that when they the frame, it was superb. All doors and hardware were removed and were painted outside. Tom and his team are incredibly reliable and responsive to your needs. We just used him for an unexpected second project after having water damages. Having a team that is stable and with reliable workmanship is important for handiwork as I was pleased to have the same team show up the second time. Prices between 2021 and 2023 have not gone up significantly, which is a great valur. Definitely worth the money if you don't have time or patience to handle a tricky paint job yourself. We had a very tight window within which to paint the living areas of our house. Tom responded quickly, gave me a thorough estimate and worked to fit me into his schedule. No other painters I contacted were as responsive. I am very pleased with the professional job his crew completed in record time. I had the best experience with this company. Tom responded to my request for a quote on a Sunday, and we set up an appointment for the next day. I was in a hurry to get the job done, so this was important to me. He showed up on time and gave me a free estimate on site. Neither of the people giving me my other two estimates did that; in fact, I had to ask both of them to please send me the estimates. Tom was very friendly also. They did a fine job. Even showed up a little early. Tom was very customer service oriented so to speak. I would use them again. No problems at all.
The estimate was thorough, and we knew exact what to expect. The job we had required detailed work and it was completed well. We are extremely pleased and will hire Tom Thoma for any future painting needs.
Tom was great to work with, and the walls look okay, but the clean up wasn't very thorough and the crew had to come back several times to touch up areas they missed. I finally decided to write this review after seeing more and more areas that were missed. For example, they didn't remove outlet covers in order to paint and it just looks overall subpar. There is paint on the trim, etc. I am now looking for other painters to come and work on touch ups.
Business response:
Project was completed in 2019, nearly two years ago, just before new tenants moved into the rental property. We did not make multiple trips back for touch-ups. In fact, after we finished client asked for a new estimate for additional work. Given the significant time gap, I can only assume new tenants made some poor attempts at restoring the property.
