We purchased a new home recently, and learned that the builder used the cheapest paint on the planet (it would peel with painters tape, which is made specifically not to peel paint). I had an absolutely great experience with CertaPro Painters. Keith promptly returned my call, he had to fix a problem that another company had done, he provided a solution, matched my paint accurately and his crew was in and out in one day. And because he thought this would take more than one trip, he actually charged me less than the actual bid. Great customer service and great job. 1. Bid: The bid process was easy, accurate and easy to understand. Keith Young did a great job of explaining options and the costs were obvious. 2. Team: Robert Garcia handled my cat and dog during the whole process. What a relief to be able to leave the home and work while the painting was being taken care of. They are excellent and paid attention to detail. 3. I would definitely hire CertaPro again.

I had a fantastic experience working with Keith, the owner for CertaPro Painters of Central Houston. Last year, I was prepping my home in Houston to put on the market; this was particularly difficult since I live in Minnesota! A family member recommended this company to me after she'd worked with them on a few home interior projects. Keith, the owner of this 3-yr old franchise, is the one you get when you schedule a paint estimate and look for contact info on the website. He was very professional and great with communication before, during, and after our project. Keith and the crew he had painting the whole interior of my house so wildly exceeded my expectations, I'm already wondering when we need to have the exterior painted so we can work with them again.
