Extremely satisfied with Certapro Painters. I reached out with a very specific request that I needed done ASAP. I spoke to their office assistant, she was very nice and informative. The owner of the business, Dale, came out for a consultation and price estimate. He was very personable, informative, kind, respectful, and overall a great person! I'm rather disappointed by my experience. Certapro Houston advertises that they handle popcorn ceilings and their website specifically states that they handle this ceiling texture when it contains asbestos. But when I called them up for an estimate they told me that Certapro isn't even certified to handle these ceilings. Keith and his team are very professional. From the time you call , getting a quote and meeting with them than completion if the job and follow up after it. We called them twice first time for an estimate to reprint a wall but we didn't use them since the first contractor came back and fixed his work. The second time was to fix crack and redo the stucco in the exterior of our patio . They did a very good job and completed the work in time. Will definitely use them again.

I recently had CertaPro paint a house I just purchased before I moved into it and did not have a very good experience. PROS: 1 - The paint job looks nice. CONS: 1 - The job was estimated for 2 days and it took 3 days to complete. 2 - The painters used the restrooms in the house and did not bother to flush. We recently hired CertaPro of Houston to paint the walls in a large portion of our home. Both Keith and his crew were very kind and professional and he worked with me on the scope of the project to keep the total cost within our budget. The entire process from the first email I sent to Keith to the painting being finished only took a week. The crew was very clean and efficient, being extra careful to cover every inch of our hardwood floors and all of our furniture before painting anything. These guys were very quick, very professional and friendly. I got a few other quotes and by far they were the most professional. The price was a bit cheaper than the other quotes I received. Would use these guys again!

We recently hired CertaPro to repaint our entire house after the builder's painter left us with a really horrible job. Keith and his team were professional, courteous and more importantly, trustworthy. When dealing with multitudes of contractors during the home building process, it is really refreshing to deal with a company like CertaPro. We also really loved the color consultation from Nicki (Chameleon Color Consulting) -- she has a great eye and was so helpful! Excellent painters! Keith the owner is great to work with. Very friendly and upfront about what should be done and the cost. Painters did a good job even on time crunch. Best part is you get a free 1 hour consolation with a pain expert from Sherwin Williams to help pick out colors. Highly recommend CertaPro painters.
