very good job
The start up of the project was great. The actual paint work itself was great. Certapro used the wrong paint. Certapro wasn't present for the final walk through.
Painting was well done. This contractor didn't follow mfr's installation instructions on add'l siding work, however.
Trevor was very professional from the bidding through the completion of the project. I enjoyed working with him and felt I could trust him. He was very attentive to all my questions and concerns. Juan was an excellent and detailed crew leader.
The final product was all that we expected and more. We worked with Trevor Walker who addressed all of our concerns and made sure to document all the work that we wanted done. The painters worked diligently to complete the project. The only negative was that they under estimated the time it was going to take to do the job.
They did a terrific job! They provided daily project status reports and completed the project on time.
Property MISSING from project a $1300.00 laptop. No attention to protection . Did not remove switch and plug plates . Drywall patching and texture done to a amateur level at best . One guy on the job (who would show up occasionally ) was the only guy to speak English . Project manager just had excuse after excuse mostly pointed at me and anything else That would deflect from there poor workmanship . Overall a horrific experience. Had to pay to have it redone . The guy who came and did the consultation was great with knowing his colors and overall pretty helpful. But it was overpriced, and I did not feel comfortable with the painters at my home without myself, or a family member there to make sure nothing happened. Very poor communication.
I was excited to work with Trevor from CertaPro to paint the exterior trim on my brick cottage-style house. His quote was professionally prepared, and he seemed to both know what he was doing and care about the project. He was even willing to work with me on a short timeline, promising that it was no more than 2-3 days' work and his crew would get started midday on a Tuesday, being completely finished by the weekend.
