Trevor was very complete about documenting the project, following up and reviewing the project with Juan the morning they began painting. I had four ceilings fixed that had water leaks and the kitchen had wallpaper stripped, textured & painted. The guys were on time every day, cleaned up their work and kept things out of the way. We went with this company due to cost and how much the office staff liked them to work with when the job is to be done.
From the beginning I sensed that Trevor Walker was very thorough and dedicated to customer satisfaction with his business. He provided insight on color choices and trends when we visited which made the process enjoyable. His crew of Raul and Ivan performed quality work, meeting their initial promised deadline and left our home in immaculate condition. What a terrific experience!
Although the price was higher, the warranty for the exterior work was great and Trevor made sure we were satisfied with the work even after payment.
Paint crew arrived 1-1/2 hours late, but fortunately that wasn't a big issue. Crew boss had to leave for a while, then came back to ensure work was done correctly. Some minor touchups had to be done that should have been caught, but overall I am very pleased.
They did a very nice job, arrived on time and maintained a clean work area. Trevor and his team were very accommodating.
Good service. Creative in problem solving with wood needing repair. Worked very hard and got the job done quickly.
