The final product is fine...ceiling looks good. However, we hired this company because we were impressed with the vacuum method that they told us would be used to remove the popcorn. We walked in and discovered that they were in fact simply scrapping it off... the cheapest way to do the job and not what we had agreed to. To make a long story short, the owner- after much back and forth over the phone- finally agreed to discount the price.
Avoid. Average quality, poor service, high prices.
