Steve and Yeung-Min kept us well informed throughout the entire process, everything was clearly explained and any questions we had were thoroughly considered and promptly addressed. By far the most professional experience we've had with a contractor since becoming homeowners!
Thes guys follow the adage that you get what you pay for. They did a very good job and took care of us very well, but they do cost more than others. So if you just want someone to slap paint on, then go somewhere else. But if you are willing to pay a little more to make sure that the job gets done right and will last, use Certapro, They helped us choose colors, made sure they got all the details right, and didn't stop until we were satisfied with everything. The whole team is very professional and nice to deal with.

As a Realtor I have a relationship with numerous painters and I negotiate contracts for a living. I originally chose CertaPro based on a relationship with a previous sales person who is no longer with the company. Well, I learned my lesson here! I wish I would have gone with one of two other quotes I received one of which was even less expensive. Carpentry work had to be redone but at least they redid it. However, they ruined my porch floor, sanding against the grain repainted with a paint that melts in the sun and peels off still 2 months later and will not fix it, very disappointed.
We had several conversations about scheduling updates. They had requested we be out of the condo for 4 days while they completed the work so we scheduled it while we were out of the country. When the team arrived onsite they called repeatedly despite us telling them we were out of the country. When we arrived back the paint was not correctly cut so we now have to install crown molding to cover where the paint from the ceiling extended onto the wall.
