We had used CertaPro in the past for our outdoor painting project and they were just as professional and reliable when we used them for our interior painting.
We hired CertaPro to paint a few of our rooms and ceilings In Ahwatukee, AZ. There was some confusion from the very start.... - Paint Colors: (which paint colors went where). I only had 2 accent walls in the house. Carlos (head painter) had broken English and had trouble understanding even AFTER Kevin Rogers discussed colors schemes w/him. I have hired CertaPro in the past for other home painting projects. Important to me is their quality, price and reliability. Once we agree on a price, then a date is set and the crew arrives as expected. We have had issues with other home services not arriving as scheduled so it is refreshing to work with a reliable company. Kevin was the sales associate and Erick was the painter. The work was done as expected at an affordable price.
Kevin Rogers was prompt, courteous, professional and replied to all emails/texts from beginning quote to final walkthrough of the job. Joaquin and his team were efficient, courteous, and did outstanding workmanship! I was initially concerned about paint splatter/overspray and mess, but my OCD after-cleaning was VERY minimal! Great customer service. There was some confusion with the paint delivery which caused a one day delay. Painters did a great job.
Kevin the estimator was very thorough, offered suggestions, and provided the required documents timely. The paint crew was very good; courteous, fast, and did an awesome job!
