Poorly supervised job. The owner, Kevin, was more concerned with making the sale than managing the quality of work done. Too many people on the worksite and it was total mayhem. I had items broken, which were compensated for, and a great deal of cleanup left to me. Very average job compared to what was sold as a quality professional job.
Kevin the owner showed up exactly when he said he would and gave me a very competitive estimate. I contacted him a few times with questions and he was very honest and helpful. The paint crew headed up by Carlos and his team were also on time and courteous. We wanted extra areas of the house painted with trim color which was never talked about prior to Carlos' team arriving and when I asked if they could do that the response was "we will paint the house anyway you would like, no problem!" Our exterior painting and repair of some peeling plaster was completed in a super professional, rapid manner. The Carlos team did an outstanding job and the repair, painting and clean-up was awesome! We would highly recommend CertaPro for your home painting project. Thank you! Marcy
From beginning to end the service was professional. The team assigned to job (Sergio:foreman, Carlos and Marcos ) were timely, communicated worked being done and left area clean at end of each day. The team was always open to our concerns and explained the process step by step. Once job was completed, Sergio reviewed all that was done as we walked through the project. Everything was done to detail. We are extremely happy with outcome and pleased with price. Would recommend without hesitation.
