I have just moved in into my beautiful California closet and I can't be happier. From the beginning of the planning, the service was superb. Worked with Misty to design my closet and she is beyond delightful to work with. So creative with design and function. I still doubted how much more space I'm going to gain, and I'm surprised at home much more I can fit now. The installers that came were super professional and accommodating with great attitude. Unfortunately I wanted to love my new closest and laundry room done by Cal Closets, but there is nothing positive I can say about the experience. Every step had problems from design issues, measurements that didn't match and they just modified during installation and left me no choice, sloppy install work, installation of unmatching hardware, delays in some materials being available, poor communication, etc. The install lasted over 2 months and involved 6 different people coming to work on it at various points. Just had my master bedroom closet installed. Misty was our salesperson and was a lot of fun to work with. We got estimates from three places, and California Closets gave us the maximum storage. The price wasn't much different than the "just-like-California-Closets-but-cheaper" company, either. We had a closet fitted out by California Closets 13 years ago and it still looks like new - a good product.

Had a custom closet installed. I am completely satisfied with the work that was done. Jay was the installer and made sure that everything was just right. Mariana was our salesperson and was sure to communicate with us along the way. The closet was installed when it was scheduled.

We first read about California Closets back in July 2015 when we were building our home and we were "Googling" closet installers in the area. We asked our builder to leave the closets empty with no rods or shelves in the master to make things easier as we knew we wanted custom closets.
