We absolutely love our California Closets. This is the second home we have had them installed in and they are perfect! Our designer Raquel made sure every detail fit our needs, lifestyle and space. There was another cheaper system already installed when we bought our home and we had it removed to install California Closets. I had cabinets installed in my office for storage in January and I absolutely love how they turned out. I wanted something simple and clean and they did just that. They custom built them to my specifications and worked with me on the design. They made a suggestion based on seeing my wrapping paper holder to include a section for two slim/tall plastic storage bins. We worked with California Closets to remodel our master bedroom closet and to add a bookshelf to our office. Our closet was a tight space that did not allow for storage or room to move around. The designer, Robert, was incredible to work with and came up with a solution that really transformed our space. Our installer, Trey, was also amazing and did incredible work. I highly recommend California Closets!

We have used California Closets for 3 projects. The first was a bar and it went amazing. The second was for a shoe organizer in the front of the house and we’ve had numerous unresolved issues with the hinges. It’s been over a year and it still isn’t resolved. We had a pantry done and much of the designed space is unusable. We have tried to get them to redesign, partly out our cost since we ok’d the design but again, no resolution. I ordered specialized shelving for my bedroom from California Closets of the Texas Hill Country in which I was told that the installation should take no more than a day however the linen backing was missing and two of the shelves had wrong measurements. It’s been over a month and I only just now received an email (not a personal phone call) that it will be another estimated month until the missing parts will be ready in order to complete the project.
