Service was great. Marissa was responsive, professional, and great to work with. Our murphy bed has been enjoyed by several people over the holidays, and they all said it was incredibly comfortable. Not inexpensive but not the most expensive murphy bed we looked at. All around great product and totally worth the price.
From start to finish, California Closets installers, Eugene and Marquis was super-easy to work with. Eugene confirmed his ETA before arrival and worked at installing my beautiful closet.The installation was took 5 days as we were informed, the outcome was beyond my imagination. We are Super pleased with the service, communications, and end results!! Thank you Raquel, our designer with California Closet for listening to our vision and implementing it accurately into our home. We are forever grateful that our paths crossed.

I've had two custom closet installations from California Closets of the Texas Hill Country in Austin and I couldn't be happier with the results. The designer I worked with at California Closets helped me to create a smart design that perfectly suits my daily needs. The installation was incredibly fast and the finished product is of impeccable quality. It's definitely a luxury service, and a bit of a splurge, but I've never regretted my purchase with California Closets. I enjoy my closet every single day!
I worked with Raquel. I found her personable and friendly. I immediately felt a connection with her. She didn't pressure me into agreeing to anything. She listened to me and understood my wants and needs. The installer was efficient and neat. I would recommend California Closets to anyone. The quality of the product and the design is excellent. My wife and I have been loyal customers of California Closets of the Texas Hill Country in San Antonio since 2018, successfully completing previous projects with generally pleasant experiences. Working with Marissa Spencer from California Closets of the Texas Hill Country was an amazing experience from beginning to end. She was able to put our vision on paper and provide detailed drawings for us to review and revise. It was easy and fast and honestly a lot of fun! Let me start off by saying that 3 yrs ago I had California closets build my closet space and the did and excellent job, which is why I went back to them. 5 star job. Also MISTY the sales representative is amazing. Although, fast forward 3 yrs later the service quality is horrendous. I hired them to install a Murphy bed, cabinet space, and closet doors. (Over $12,000) They messed up on every single thing. (Examples: big bold letters on top of paperwork. "Do not cut moldings", first thing they do is cut moldings, put together ... read more

We are extremely disappointed that we contracted with this company (10/17/22). Initial steps went well, but once we contracted with them and put down our deposit we were pushed aside. First was told install date was end of January then moved to 2/2 and then pushed to 2/22. Installation team was amazing, but was not given adequate time to finish our 4 projects. Once their time is up with your project, they leave your job unfinished and California closets is not in a hurry to get you back on their waiting list to complete what... read more
