Wow - I just worked with Dana, our designer to build a wrap around desk with cupboards and drawers and also a tall storage unit in our game room. I had a wonderful experience with California Closets Los Altos. I requested a free consultation online and was able to schedule a designer visit within just a few days. Charlene was fantastic—she really listened to my vision and walked me through different options to find the perfect fit. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with California Closets. I had an old walk-in bedroom closet where my clothes were hanging up so high I couldn't reach them! Shawn Anderson was my design consultant and he understood my frustration and need. I am very happy with my experience with California Closets. My designer is Tannaz Bazzaz. She is very professional and accurate with the measurements and design. The closets meet all my needs after installation. The installation guy Cole is also very professional and helpful. He was careful with the walls, no scratch no dent at all. I had my closets designed and installed by California Closets and I worked with Dana Gilgen. Dana was a pleasure to work with—easy to communicate with, super responsive, and very knowledgeable. She took time to understand what I needed and suggested ideas that were both functional and stylish. What impressed me most was her flexibility.
