Our job needed to be split into two installations and the second part of our job was our laundry room where the $700+ door was installed warped. There has been no answer from California Closets even after the installed wrote up a report with pictures.

Very disappointed they did not complete the job as promised. They demanded to be paid in full to install, but then did not complete the install. I am missing shelves, mirrors, and valet hooks. Then they tried to charge me a huge amount more for a minor change. Terrible customer service. The cabinets themselves are fine. So sad they cannot complete a job in a timely manner.

We have had several closets done with CC including our pantry and couldn't be happier. The gentleman who came to install were professional and left the house clean. Our designer has always been willing to work with us and create the organization that we needed. Our neighbors are now looking to do their closets as well.

The vertical panels survived a flood. All looks good and survived contrary to a closet done in the same space by The Closet Factory where the bottoms of the vertical panels split and shred. This product is worth the money.

We absolutely love love love our closet! It went from a total disaster to perfect in just a few hours. Our master closet is a small galley closet that also has the water heater in it. Having clothes on both sides of the closest made it feel smaller then was and claustrophobic. Roger did a phenomenal job creating space and organization that we didn't have. I put this off for years as "indulgent" then finally got closet units for 5 of my closets.... WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG????? California closets has an outstanding product! I can't beleive how much extra space I now have! Even my two teenagers are organized! Roger spent a great deal of time designing the perfect systems for our closets. He was amazingly fast in getting the design completed. The installers were extremely efficient and professional. I am 100% satisfied and would recommend this to anyone!
