Ikea quality and look with high prices. Staff is very professional and act like you will get from an elite company until you express slight dissatisfaction. I can't stop looking at the wall unit I got them custom make and think why I paid $5000 for an Ikea wall unit. It would probably cost me $600 from other resources. There might be good at building closets. But for wall units nothing really special.
Literally amazing design, workmanship and customer service. Worth every penny. Julie Little was our designer and she's the very best!
Our designer Kim was fantastic. They have VERY good software for her to enter/design/price and show view of closet. California Closets is AMAZING!! TOTALLY professional. We absolutely LOVE our new closet. One of our installers said getting the closet was "life changing." He was right! Words cannot describe how great it is.
Zero stars for their professionalism. By the way their installers behave, would never ever even consider using this company. Terrible would be a compliment. Don't expect the company to stand by you, they only protect themselves! Beware!!!
Our sales person, Scott, was professional and knowledgeable. He showed us options and gave us suggestions. The show room was great because we got to see the actual product. The installers were on time, courteous, and also very professional. There was one door with a slight flaw in the wood grain that they felt was not an acceptable standard and had a replacement ordered, and came back and installed it in a timely fashion.
What a wonderful service. I would recommend California Closets to anyone requiring storage solutions, etc. the design staff and carpenters are skilled and friendly. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience working with the company. Well done!
This is the second time we've used California Closets and we were not disappointed in the least! Kathy Delaney and her amazing team are top-notch and the quality of their products is simply the best. Kathy is always spot-on with her advice and has incredible vision for the available space. And the amount of space these closets allow you to get is unbeatable!
