This is the third time I have had a system installed in my various condos and without question or hesitancy the initial consult with Erin Koskey and the latest install with Yeshua were excellent. Erin is a great listener and knows her design work and Yeshua was immaculate in his work as well. I would use them again and you should too. Extremely professional, efficient and friendly. Don

my husband and i are so happy with our california closet! we were really nervous about spending that kind of money on something that only we would see, but i have no regrets! not only are we able to put more stuff in the closet now, it somehow looks bigger. our designer, lynn, even went as far as figuring out a way to accommodate our cats with custom doors to their litter boxes. the closet now looks beautiful, organized, and everything we had hoped for. thank you!!

I used California Closets for my laundry room and wine bar in bedroom and I am very pleased. There was a measurement discrepancy in the laundry room, but they fixed it and now we are loving it!

I am highly dissatisfied with my experience. I paid $22,000+ for a custom closet that was not built according to design (despite the designer specifically measuring the items I needed the closets designed for). I was told the drawers were changed from design time to implementation time because of a change in vendor. The drawers built in the closet system were too small to hold the items they were specifically designed for. Scheduled an in-home consultation 6w prior to closing on my new home desirous of a closet design to match my needs. Received email confirmation and phone confirmation per designer. No show on day of appointment? Called with understanding that emergencies happen. Was told appointment was canceled- no further details given- no apology, no solution. This location is closed. I can tell you why. We spent $40,000 on our MBR closet. We started in 2020 and the project was completed two years later in the fall of 2022. The parts (wood) they needed to build the shelving had to be manufactured off shore. It was not available. Then our sales contact quit and left California Closets. I think I know why she left. Wish we could have. We had to pay advance. Never again!!!!! When finished 18 months later, the colors were wrong and half of the drawers had to be pulled out and replace... read more
