PSA Never use Bone Dry (Louisville, KY)! Got quoted a new roof for $5750 with a ten year warranty. On the quote was a note about a possible $4000 redecking fee. Before signing any paperwork I was assured that I would not need the whole roof redecked and would have some additional charges for fixing areas but not $4000 worth. On the day of the job the foreman shows up and tells me that he was informed my my whole roof needs to be redecked before the work even begins. If I could give zero stars, I would. In June of this year (2019) we called Bone Dry to look at a leak in our roof. At that time we were also preparing to put our home on the market and wanted to be sure that the roof was in good shape for the home inspection once it was under contract. If I could give less than 1 star I would!! I have waited over 5 weeks for a very important gutter repair that will keep my basement from flooding. I have never received a second call after the repair was scheduled! The scheduled date has come and gone and I can't get anyone to give me a date for when the work will be done! This is a small but very important job and they just don't care! Customer service is the WORST!!!
