Bad experience. I purchased a 2020 Mercedes G550 from them and also paid for tax, tag and title. They told me that everything is taken care of and would receive the tag in the mail. After 40 day I did not receive it. I went to DMV for the tag they said that the there was no emission done on the car when it was sold to me. I went to get the emissions test done and it did not pass. I called them and they said to have it fixed and they take care of the expenses. I like that I didn't have to wait all day,, what I didn't like was when you pay to get all the checking and filling of what your car needs to be done they don't do it and they don't tell you if they found other issues and if I'd like it to be filled or fixed or even recommended service to be done but it was not. At least at kia they actually check and ask if you want things to be fixed.

Thank you for the feedback. Here's what I know: Your service was completed by a "quick lube tech" whose job is to do the quick tasks and make a list of any other items that may need attention. We let you know about those at the completion of the job so you could schedule a time that was convenient for you to get them looked at. (most people only schedule an hour of their time for the oil change and tire rotation so this is the best practice). a terrible dealership will never go there again
Very good. Customer rep was extremely nice. Waiting area very nice. Facility was spotless.
They left a wrench under the hood sticking up from between the rear edge of the hood & the windshield! I also asked them to clean the inside of the windshield & that wasnt done.

I drove several hundred miles after confirmation that the vehicle was still available. When I arrived I was told that the vehicle had sold two day earlier, BUT they would like to show me some other trucks. I think that is called "bait and swithch".
