I like that I didn't have to wait all day,, what I didn't like was when you pay to get all the checking and filling of what your car needs to be done they don't do it and they don't tell you if they found other issues and if I'd like it to be filled or fixed or even recommended service to be done but it was not. At least at kia they actually check and ask if you want things to be fixed.

Very good. Customer rep was extremely nice. Waiting area very nice. Facility was spotless.
They left a wrench under the hood sticking up from between the rear edge of the hood & the windshield! I also asked them to clean the inside of the windshield & that wasnt done.
