I traveled overseas and called to make sure my debit card would work. I was assured that it would as I would receive a text to confirm the transaction. I specified this would not be possible at my foreign destination as I would not have cell service. I further indicated that all transactions in my destination country should be pre approved and go through. This was a big SNAFU. I usually don't go into the branch, had to yesterday, my teller was amazing! Greeted me as soon as I walked in, and was super helpful and patient with all my questions and needs. And the one question she wasn't sure about, she tried to get me an answer! She took care of everything I needed and went above and beyond! Definitely happy with me experience!
