We had a major backup in my absent and when Servpro came they reassured me that they would take care of everything. And they did. Even carrying all that out of the basement and sanitizing everything that was affected by the backup. A amazing crew All were Very professional and. Kept me informed every step of the way. This review is long past due! We had our house fire on March 19, 2022. Kenny was our contractor and we couldn’t have asked for a better one! He was so caring and patient, yet was able to gently push me when it was time to make urgent decisions. This was a wonderful team who helped rebuild after my house was hit by both Hurricane Helene and Milton. I can't thank them enough for all they did especially David who would always respond to phone calls or texts instantly. This is a great team that I would highly recommend.
On 9/27/24 my home got flooded with 24 inches of water from hurricane Helene. I didn't know what to do next. While visiting a neighbor I saw a crew cleaning a house out. I inquired and ran into Brooke Fritchen. I asked her if they could do my house? Expecting "well maybe a month or two" she replied yes a day or two. Brooke was the friendliest most upbeat person I have ever met. Two days later her and her team went to work on my home. They were amazing. My hose broke on my washer in the middle of the night water was everywhere. My insurance adjuster put me in touch with Servpro and other than cleaning up the actual water the night of the incident the young man that was sent to my house was Kamren. Him and his crew absolutely took care of everything from drying out my house , removing flooring and appliances. They were very respectful to my property, myself and my animals . I would highly recommend this crew!
