They installed my equipment in December and have been amazing at customer service. I'm my opinion tops in the area. All technicians are professional courteous and knowledgeable.
The team showed up right on time, explained the process, were very organized and clean, made suggestions, listened to my concerns, did a very clean job and were very professional. They did the same work for my father in-law, he recommended them to me and they did not disappoint, I would recommend to anyone for any AC/HVAC work, guaranteed work. I was a bit nervous about how all would look and work, and all is just PERFECT. Thank you M&S team!
We were beyond impressed by how outstanding, efficient, genuine and professional john ( operation manager ) has been from day one. Today we got an emergency service performed by Mathew ********. Mathew was super professional, knowledgeable, kind and respectful. He took care of the issue, answered all of our questions with a caring and genuine attitude. Horrible experience with M&S first not showing up to original appointment for maintenance. Then they show up about 5pm for rescheduled appointment. Technician supposedly completed everything and left. We get the report and things dont line up. He never came inside so not sure how he checked thermostat or turned system on to check it. One part of report said filter was good, yet its dirty and needing replaced. Another part of the report said the filter was disposable and replaced. Old dirty filter was still in unit. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I have been ripped of by these scammers who try to constantly upsell me to something like a surge protector and then mysteriously just after I say no, my fan blower is hit by a surge! I have been trying to get away from them and **** offered to take my just renewed service plan of $344 off my board outside for $750 repair but I don't want these folks who leave screws off and panels open to keep coming. Let me just tell you my history. I've got a almost 24 yr old Trane. It started squealing and my local company that installed & serviced it since new sent out a tech who said the Compressor was shot. Big expense to replace and I elected not to spend repair moneys. A sales person came and priced me a 16 seer replacement-not a Trane. Said they no longer handle Trane.
