Bryce was our Tech, he was friendly, courteous & professional. He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time as scheduled and promptly diagnosed the problem and had our water heater fixed in a couple hours. He also fixed another problem at our request that wasn’t scheduled. At our request additional services were estimated and a detailed estimate provided. The office confirmed our appointment, estimated arrival time and follow up receipt electronically. Couldn’t be more pleased.
The two men knew just what to do. They asked Intelligent questions and I thought that was great. They worked rather quickly and were always pleasant and had a good attitude. Our work was done in about a half an hour which amazed me and they Gave me a number which showed some ideas as to how to make the pipes less “gloppy”The final part of it was that they only charged less than $100 for having this work done.
