I use their semi-annual plumbing maintenance program. It's not real expensive and they come out and review all your plumbing fixtures. Today's review by Juwan Oliver found me to need a new water heater. He was helpful in answering questions I had about the purchase. It was installed professionally and with added quality checks by his superior. He was polite and courteous. Juwan cleaned up afterwards leaving my laundry area cleaner than when he came.
I have used Mr Plumber for a number of different plumbing tasks around my house and can highly recommend the company. All of the service technicians know their trade exceptionally well and have always been on time, work cleanly and carefully and do a great job.
