Ellis Ritchie was the technician-competent, friendly, and thorough' Kept me totally informed on the progress of the work. Cleaned up totally when done. I can't say enough good things about this technician, the quality of his work, and his treatment of me. Next plumbing job I have I will use Mr. Plumber again and request Ellis by name.
