Bill and his staff from Meineke are amazing to work with!! They go above and beyond to help you get your car back to working condition. Bill is honest and will not surprise you with anything. They are upfront with things that need to get fixed now and things to keep an eye on.
Bill and his team are friendly, fair and honest which goes such a long way. I appreciate being told what is important to fix now vs what I need to fix in the future so that I can prepare for the coming months if I car repair is in my near future. They are great with emergencies and quick to diagnose what the problems are. I went to them initially when a friend did a sub-par job on my brakes a couple years ago and I’ve gone back for every car related need since.
Meineke happily went above and beyond working with our extended warranty company to be sure that everything was taken care of. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with there is very knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend them!
Bill and his staff provide awesome service! We have taken our vehicles to Meinicke for years and have never been disappointed. Bill does his best to get you in as soon as possible, he’s honest and will give you the best deal he can. There’s not much Bill and his team cannot do, but if he can’t, he will let you know upfront. We have come to Bill for many years now. I brought in my 2020 escape to Bill. I started at Court Street Ford (who I do not recommend) and was told that there was nothing wrong with my car although it was making noise with every stop. The rotors and brakes needed to be changed. Took it to Bill, and now my car is running like new. Bill and the young lady behind the counter were both so kind. I recommend them to everyone!!!
