Zack Baughman was my technician, I had my furnace repaired ( not an option above) he was very friendly and didn?t try to upsale me !! I really appreciated that! He fixed the furnace and I will continue to use their services (McVay heating)

Technician was polite and articulate in explaining options. Service tech Jay was very knowledgeable and gave us a number of options which was very much appreciated.

He came on a Saturday which I didn't expect. He called to assure me that he had a call before me and would get to my problem as soon as he was able. He called when he was on the way. He came, saw the problem and fixed it.
Our issues were addressed in a very timely manner.
Despite waiting all day for tech to come, he did a thorough clean & check of our furnace.
Technician was very knowledgeable.
