I had the service this morning and the Technician was in the building for 10 minutes. The bill was $342.25. Last year's test through a different company was $97.00, they weren't available this year. I called to schedule the appointment and wass told there would be a $70 dispatch charge and the couldn't give me a price on the testing, even though I supplied them the needed info. They were supposed to send someone back out to send a camera to see through the pipes and no one came!!
STAY AWAY from this company! I hired them to do yearly maintenance on my oil furnace. The service guy handed me the oil filter and told me to put it in after my tank was filled...I had a 1/4 tank of oil at that time. He said it is simple to do and so after the oil was delivered and per the serviceman's instruction, I put the oil filter in. The TECH DID NOT TELL ME THAT THE LINES HAD TO BE BLED to get the air out from replacing the oil filter or the furnace would shut down! Well, my furnace did shut down! NO HEAT and no ... read more
We called them to come look at our furnaces at our office. We decided to give them a try since their office is on the same road. They sent a young man that clearly had no knowledge of what he was looking at or doing, and most of the time stood outside trying to google things on his phone. After an hour he came in and said that he couldn't even give us an estimate, on what our furnaces needed. Do not use these guys. I was having issues with a/c not coming on. They did come same day, which was nice, however, first he thought it was a piece in the unit outside that makes it click on. So he replaced, but left the plate that covers all the Electrical wiring laying on the ground (lazy) secondly he thought it was something inside the furnace area. I don't remember what he called it. It cost me almost $200 and my issue was not resolved
Poor customer service! We had used Arendosh a few times in the past and were satisfied. The technician never showed for our most recent appointment. We had to call them to ask if the technician was coming and were treated very rudely. We decided to cancel the appointment and take our business elsewhere.
John from Arendosh was the only company that came in took there time -measured and took pictures and gave me the best price. The gentlemen that came and installed it were very nice and explained everything to me. Excellant job and I am thrilled to have my whold house a/c back again.
